I made this fiber postcard for the 200th anniversary of Edgar Allan Poe. It is 4" x 6" and was made in Feb. 2009 for a "Raven Challenge" on the internet.. I used black velvet, cotton fabric, beads and angelina fiber.

Purple Mountains Majesty - March 16, 2011
I made this quilt in a bargello quilting class given by Paula Golden in 1995.. It is 23" x 31" in size and I didn't quilt it until 2002. I had fun designing and picking out the fabrics for this piece.

Forsythia - March 15, 2011
I just took a walk in my back yard and saw that the forsythia is starting to bloom. I have five forsythia bushes and hope to cut off a few branches to bring inside the house to enjoy for spring.
Sea Goddess - March 14, 2011
I designed and made this little 8 1/2" x 11" ( self portrait) art quilt in March of 2003. I am very sorry to say that it was stolen from a gallery by Annapolis, Md., where it was being shown. Our northern Virginia art quilt group was having a "showing" of art quilts there. If anyone ever sees this quilt somewhere, please let me know. She is one of my favorites and I hated losing her this way.
